Shipping policy

At Comfort Supplies, we aim to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

UK delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched. Working days exclude weekends and UK bank holidays.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free delivery is available on orders over £50.

Any applicable delivery charge for orders below £50 will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Orders placed during weekends, bank holidays or particularly busy periods may be processed on the next available working day.

Tracking your order

Where tracking is available, your tracking details will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time after receiving your dispatch confirmation for tracking information to become active with the carrier.

Delivery delays

While we aim to meet our estimated delivery times, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather and periods of exceptionally high demand.

If you experience a significant delay or have concerns about your delivery, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the fulfilment or dispatch process.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@comfortsupplies.co.uk with your order details so we can investigate.
